Scope of Use:

· Student - Full-time students (undergraduates or lower), with valid student ID.

· Other - People with disabilities, teachers, journalists, tour guides, medical workers with valid ID.

· Local residents can enjoy special admission before 12pm (Monday - Friday, except public holidays), with valid ID.

Scope of Use:

· Senior - Over 70 with valid ID.

· Kids - Below 1.2m in height.

· Family of Martyrs.

· Soldiers/dependents/entitled groups

· No entrance without proper dress, and no drunken visitors are allowed.

· Children or adults who are incapable of discerning conduct must be accompanied by supervisor.

· Each adult supervises no more than two children or adults who are incapable of discerning conduct.

· Do not talk loud, make noise, chase or fight.

· Selfie sticks, tripods, flashlight，drones, medium/large-format cameras, super-zoom lenses are prohibited. Cameras larger than 15 x 15 x 10 cm are not allowed in the museum. One lens, no more than 80mm in focal length, is permitted.

· Photographs and videos for commercial or publishing purposes without the museum's consent is prohibited.

· The maximum luggage size one can bring into the exhibition hall is 45cm (L + W + H).

· Please do not bring any food, drink or any dangerous items into the museum.

· The works of art and other exhibition amenities are prohibited of touching.

· Should any damages incur, the museum reserves the right to pursue compensation.

· Please keep the museum tidy and clean. No smoking is allowed at the museum.

· Please contact HEM team to make request for commercial activity or event.

· Parking lot charges parking fees; vouchers are available for visitors and store customers, applicable between 10am to 6pm.

TERM OF USE

1. The physical membership card must be activated at the reception of HEM with the cardholder's information (valid ID of two adults); upon activation, the card is valid for 1 year; WeChat mini program e-card will be activated upon purchase

2. To enter the exhibition, members must present the membership card at the reception desk of HEM or use the QR code at the gate

3. Guided tour shall be booked at least two working days in advance

4. Discount for HEM store products is only available at the on-site store purchase

5. This membership, once sold, is non-refundable and non-transferable; in the event of loss, please contact the service hotline to report the loss and request a replacement
